Any and all Consultants and their family members are invited to join us in Tulum! Whether you pay for your stay, qualify for a free stay, or use your points to cover a portion of your stay, we want you with us! You can either pay in full for your reservation, or make two payments. The initial payment would be a 40% deposit, with the remaining 60% being charged one month after your initial deposit. Payment plans will only be available until September 20, 2024. Any reservations booked after that date will need to be paid in full. All reservations will need to be paid in full by October 31, 2024 or the reservation will be canceled and the cancelation policy will apply.

Every attendee will require the proper travel documentation. A valid passport that does not expire within six months of our return date is required for all U.S. citizens seeking to enter Mexico. Please stay up to date with travel regulations on travel.gov. Paparazzi is not responsible for attendees’ travel documentation or entry requirements.

Yes! The resort requires a credit card upon check-in for incidental charges or purchases charged to your room during your stay. Debit cards or cash cannot be used for incidentals. Paparazzi is not responsible for any additional charges to your room.

All registrations for the 2025 Paparazzi Passport Vacation will be handled as double occupancy. All rooms have a maximum occupancy of four individuals with a maximum of three adults per room.

Airfare is not included in the cost of your reservation and should be arranged separately.

It is up to each attendee to arrange transportation to and from the airport to the resort. Every attendee will be responsible to cover the cost of their transportation. Paparazzi is not responsible for changes or cancelations in your personal travel arrangements, including flights. Final registration will close on October 31, 2024, pending availability. All reservations will need to be paid in full by this date or the reservation will be canceled and the cancelation policy will apply.

Yes. Room rates for children between five and twelve years of age can be purchased for $475 each. The child rate is only available once the full double occupancy rate for adults has been paid. Children under four are free but must be included in your reservation. Each individual over the age of twelve will be charged adult pricing.

Registration for the Paparazzi Passport Vacation will open at 10:00 AM MT on August 21, 2024, and go through October 31, 2024, pending availability. *Note: Registration has now closed for the 2025 Paparazzi Accessories' Passport Vacation.

If you’re planning on coming, we encourage you to register as soon as possible. No discounts will be offered when booking for those that do earn a free stay. You will not have the ability to upgrade your room. If you have a large family and would like for each member to attend, you will need to book multiple rooms. Please note that there must be at least one adult, 18 years of age or older, per room.

All attendees will receive a standard double-occupancy room. You will be given your room number onsite.

Absolutely! You can choose from two options if you would like to attend alone. Option One: No Roommate. You can choose to pay the full double occupancy rate ($2,525) of a standard room. Option Two: Select A Roommate. You can find a roommate. Both attendees must opt to be roommates, and both roommates must be eligible to attend the trip. Paparazzi is unable to facilitate roommate requests. Consultants wishing to find a roommate will need to make arrangements on their own. Please add each Consultant’s name to the reservation when booking to ensure we have an accurate list of those coming to party with us. All reservations must be paid in full by October 31, 2024 or they will be canceled and the cancelation policy will apply.

No cancelation requests will be accepted after October 31, 2024, and no refunds will be given after that date regardless of the registrant’s attendance status. All cancelation requests must be received via email at events@paparazziaccessories.com.

The double occupancy rate of a standard room is $2,525 ($1,262.50 per person). Transportation and other incidental charges are the responsibility of the Consultant.

Once a reservation is paid in full, you can transfer your reservation to another Consultant by emailing events@paparazziaccessories.com. This will allow our team to make sure all of the reservation information is transferred to the new attendee. All transfer requests must be made before October 31, 2024. Transfer requests after October 31, 2024 cannot be accommodated. Consultants will be responsible for all payment arrangements. Paparazzi is not responsible for and will not manage the transfer of payment between Consultants. A $25 transfer fee will apply.

Your registration fee includes your stay in a standard double-occupancy room at the Hilton Tulum Riviera Maya All-Inclusive Resort for the duration of the event. Access to special Paparazzi activities and promotional items is available to those who make reservations through the provided registration link and check in to the event.

Tulum is a tropical destination with warm weather year-round. We recommend casual attire during the day, and business casual or semi-formal for the evenings. Please visit the resort website, here, for dress code requirements in different areas of the resort.

Yes! The resort recommends booking your excursions here.

We encourage you to review cancelation fees and policies surrounding your own personal travel, including airfare. If you feel you’ll need flexibility to fit your personal circumstances, we encourage you to purchase travel insurance when booking your trip. Paparazzi is not responsible for fees or penalties associated with changes to travel plans.

Check-in will be on January 13, 2025. We will have a welcome reception that evening at 7:30 PM. The final day of the event, January 18, 2025, is strictly reserved for traveling. Check-out is 12:00 PM.

Paparazzi will not coordinate extended stays outside of our scheduled dates of January 13-18, 2025. If you would like to extend your stay beyond our dates, you are welcome to contact the resort directly. Rooms booked directly with the resort are subject to the rates offered by the Hilton Tulum Riviera Maya All-Inclusive Resort at the time of reservation.
