REGISTRATION

Rooms are double occupancy and all guests must be listed individually on the reservation when booking. If a Consultant is left off of a shared room registration, they will not be included in the list of Paparazzi Passport Vacation attendees and will be ineligible for reimbursement if they qualify for a free stay.

 

Paparazzi is unable to facilitate roommate requests. If you’re traveling solo, you may choose to pay the full double occupancy rate of a standard room or find a roommate. Consultants wishing to find a roommate will need to make arrangements on their own.

Cancelation Policy​

Once a room is reserved, 40% of the total cost of the room is non-refundable.

 

The remaining balance will be eligible for a refund as follows:

• 75% through August 31, 2024

• 50% from September 1, 2024 - September 30, 2024

• 25% from October 1, 2024 - October 31, 2024

No cancelation requests will be accepted after October 31, 2024, and no refunds will be given after that date regardless of the registrant’s attendance status. All cancelation requests must be received via email at events@paparazziaccessories.com.

Every Paparazzi Consultant has the opportunity to earn their stay for free.

“Free Stay” for an individual is defined as a standard double occupancy room at the Hilton Tulum Riviera Maya All-Inclusive Resort (valued at  $1,262.50). Free stay does not include airfare, transportation to and from the resort, excursions, spa treatments, or incidentals.
